Commissions will be digital art only (for now).

You should have at least 1 reference picture (or a ref sheet) of what you would like for convenience.

Payment must be made upfront before we start the commission. This also lets you book/secure your slot or claim an adopt. You can DM or email to request a commission.

You can ask for updates/WIPs at each stage: Sketching, Line Art, Colouring. No major changes will be made after each stage.

These commissions are for personal use only and not to be used commercially in any way. If you are a business or need artwork for commercial use*, please get in touch with us about your exciting project.

Do not resell for more than what the piece was commissioned. Do not change/draw/colour over the pieces/sketches or alter them in any way.

We reserve the right to decline any commission we feel we can't fulfil.

Refund Policy: we have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time. If you have received your line art WIP, you may not ask for a refund following that point. If you have received your sketch WIP, you will only get a partial refund (50% of the order). We do not accept refunds once art is completed, due to the WIP process to ensure customers satisfaction).

We can use the drawing to promote ourselves. But we are also open to keeping your commission private if you wish.

Credit must be made to us at least once in a visible place when posting the commissioned piece on social media (by posting the watermarked image, adding a name or with a link to social media.

Bidding takes place on the DeviantArt page of the adopt.

Bid in the comment chain we start below the main post.

Bid in reply of the current highest bid.

The minimum bidding increment is $2 (depends on the adopt).

When the auction ends, we will let you know you won.

Do not edit/delete your comments or the bid will become null.

Payment must be made 24 hours after the auction ends. If you haven't paid till then, then the person with the bid lower than yours will win the adopt. Payments are made via PayPal invoice.

Bid ends 3 DAYS after the final bid.

Use as fursona, character, comic character etc.

Resell and trade (when with extra pieces of art).

Edit and change the design after purchase (species, name, markings, outfit) as long as it remains recognizable.

Please credit for the design when you reupload.

Claim that this design was made by you.

Resell the design unless you're selling the design with extra pieces of commissioned art.
